Terms of Service

Last Updated: October 2026

1. Nature of Service: Icebreaker Generator is an interactive browser extension functioning as a drafting assistant. It processes text visible to the user on active web pages to propose message drafts upon explicit user request.

2. No Unlawful Automation: Users agree not to attempt to use the tool for automated mass outreach, spam, or activities that violate third-party terms of service.

3. Licensing & Subscriptions: The Pro subscription grants a personal, non-transferable license to use the service on up to 2 active devices per license key.

4. Billing & Cancellation: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You can cancel at any time through the customer portal.

5. Limitation of Liability: The service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for the business outcome of messages drafted using the tool.

Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 2026

1. Data Collection: We do not build databases of viewed profiles. Profile context parsed by the extension is sent transiently in memory to process the draft request via edge workers and Gemini API.

2. Zero Profiling: We do not sell, rent, or monetize personal information. Contextual data is discarded immediately after draft generation.

3. Payment Processing: All payment transactions and credit card handling are managed directly by our Merchant of Record (Polar.sh). We do not store financial details on our servers.

4. Local Storage: Device IDs and license keys are stored locally within your browser using standard Chrome Storage API.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If Icebreaker PRO does not meet your expectations or you experience technical difficulties, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

How to request a refund: Contact us at icebreaker.extension@gmail.com with your order email or license key. Refunds are processed within 3 business days.

Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly renewal at any time via your subscription management link. Your Pro access remains active until the end of the billing period.
